House Rules

1.      Check in at 2PM; Check out at 12NN. UTC+08:00

2.      No visitors are allowed in the guest rooms beyond 10PM. After 10PM, visitors shall be asked to register at the front desk as an extra person with a charge of PhP400 per person.

3.      Max of two (2) children ages 10 years and below incur no extra charge with the existing amenities as provided in the room good for 2 persons.

4.      A security deposit of PhP500 net per night’s stay is required upon check in for possible incidental charges and is refundable net of

5.      Booking cancellations within 7 days prior to stay incur a charge of the first night’s stay. For cancellations within 3 days prior to stay, the entire duration of stay will be charged. No shows are charged for the entire stay duration and are non-refundable.

6.      Dress code within the hotel is casual – bedroom clothing, revealing clothing for men and women are highly discouraged.

7.      Use the door latches and manual locks as they are provided for your privacy and safety.

8.      Some rooms have Safety Deposit Boxes (SDB) in room. SDBs are also available at the front desk. The hotel will not be held liable for the loss of unsecured belongings in guest rooms.

9.      A room key card is issued for you at the duration of your stay. Surrender the key cards to the Front Desk Officers upon checkout as each unreturned key card will be charged PhP150 per card.

10.  We are a NO SMOKING HOTEL in all guest rooms and public areas in the premises of the hotel. Smoking in the hotel will incur the guest a sterilization charge of PhP4,000 to revert the area back to a smoke free environment.

11.  Bringing of food items with strong odours (kimchi, dried fish, durian, etc) inside guest rooms or within hotel premises will be charged a cleaning fee of PhP2,000 for the renewing of the area.

12.  No parties or small gatherings in guest rooms, no cooking in room

14.  No gambling, no excessive drinking, no use of prohibited drugs

15.  No firearms, no explosives

16.  Please observe silence in all guest rooms, hallways, and lobbies for the benefit of all guests.

17.  Stains in bed linens or bath linens and other hotel property damages shall be charged accordingly.

18.  Room amenities are provided for the duration of your stay and may not be removed from the guest room.

19.  Tampering with the smoke detector and fire sprinkler is prohibited and punishable by law.

20.  Outside food delivery must be personally settled and received by the guest at the lobby.
