I provide my debit/credit card details willingly so that the hotel property can charge my card details I provided above for the Reservation Name and Hotel Reservation Number I also provided above.

I will send a Letter of Authority to charge half of the total reservation price, a photocopy of my credit card (front & back), and a photocopy of my valid government ID (local) or passport (foreign).

Check in time is 14:00/02:00PM (UTC+8).
Check out time is 12:00 Noon (UTC+8).
Kindly inform us if you'll be arriving after 18:00/06:00PM to avoid forfeit of reservation.
Max of two (2) children ages 10 years old and below are allowed free of charge with the existing amenities in the room.
Children above 10 years old are considered full-paying adults.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Valid government IDs and Security deposits will be requested upon check in and refunded net of incidentals upon check out.

Cancellations & Refunds

Unguaranteed reservations will be automatically forfeited within seven (7) days from the receipt of Invoice.

Booking cancellations made seven (7) or more days prior to arrival date/stay date will not incur any charges.

Cancellations made six (6) days prior to arrival date/stay date will incur a one (1) night charge.

For cancellations within thee (3) days prior to arrival date/stay date will incur a 100% charge for the entire period reserved or total stay amount.

No shows after 18:00 are charged a 100% for the entire stay duration and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-convertible.

If your reservation dates fall on peak season, a 100% charge for the entire period reserved will be incurred regardless of when the cancellation is requested.

If payment for the reservation was made using a credit card, any refund the hotel provides will be subject to a 5% charge to cover bank fees and other costs.
