Check in time is 14:00/02:00PM (UTC+8).
Check out time is 12:00 Noon (UTC+8).
Kindly inform us if you'll be arriving after 18:00 (06:00PM) to avoid forfeit of reservation.
Max of two (2) children ages 8 years old and below are allowed free of charge with the existing amenities in the room.
Children above 8 years old are considered full-paying adults. Please present valid ID upon check in.
All rooms and public areas of the hotel are non-smoking.
Security deposits of PHP1,000.00 will be requested upon check in and refunded net of incidental consumptions and damages upon check out.

2021 Sinulog cancellation policies

Unguaranteed reservations will be automatically cancelled within three (3) days from the receipt of Invoice.

All reservation payments are non-refundable.

No shows after 18:00 will automatically be forfeited and will be released for other reservations.
